I'm just gonna leave a mini rant here if you don't mind...

How do you people get the pen tools to work for you, all I can ever do are rough copies, but whenever i try to finalize them I just get super dull/rough edges or lines poking out! It just doesn't work for me, all I can do is look at other perfections and feel upset with where I am... What is wrong with me? Am I cursed or something?
